Events

  • IT Meeting: Half-yearly meeting (May/December) organized by the Department of Computer Science that connects undergraduates and recent graduates of the Degree Courses in Computer Science with Roman companies that produce or are large users of IT solutions. In each meeting, company presentations, job interviews, and a round table on a technical topic at the state of the art are held.

  • Lunch seminars: Seminars organized by the Department of Computer Science are held weekly during the two semesters of the academic year during the lunch break. Each seminar is held by a different company that describes its own technical project or a methodological approach to problems in the IT field.

  • Job Meeting ROME STEM: An event that allows students to meet directly with major Italian and international companies and receive consulting. CESOP Consulting organizes it in collaboration with the Faculties of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics, and Civil and Industrial Engineering.

  • inFORMIAMOCI: DIAG participates in organizing the "inFORMIAMOCI" initiative, a series of workshops aimed at students and graduates of DIAG courses, during which Italian and international companies present professional opportunities and conduct employer branding and campus recruiting activities.

  • Meet companies and ex-students of the Degree Course in Electronics Engineering: The Department of Information, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering organizes an annual meeting with representatives of the industrial management world and former students of the Sapienza Degree Course in Electronics Engineering hired by companies. The meeting takes place in conjunction with the OpenDIET event held every year in the Cloister of S. Pietro in Vincoli.

  • The Department of Statistics meets with companies: an opportunity for students to get in touch with some of the main Italian companies and institutions in the field of data analysis, to facilitate direct contact between students and professional realities. It includes sessions in which companies present their opportunities, face-to-face moments between companies and graduates to encourage direct exchanges and deeper questions, and a networking lunch to stimulate further interactions between students and companies.

  • Sapienza Career Days STEM: University event dedicated to the meeting between supply and demand for jobs in the STEM field. It involves companies and organizations that are available to meet students and graduates of the Faculties of Information Engineering, Computer Science, and Statistics, Civil and Industrial Engineering, and Mathematics, Physics, and Natural Sciences.
