Submissions are now open for the SIS-FENStatS 2026 Joint Meeting
We are pleased to announce that submissions are now open for short papers for the 53rd Scientific Meeting of the Italian Statistical Society (SIS), which this year will be held in conjunction with the 1st Conference of European Statistical Societies (FENStatS) (https://sis2026.sis-statistica.it/).
When: 22–25 June 2026
Where: Department of Statistical Sciences, Sapienza University of Rome
The event will include plenary, specialised, invited and spontaneous sessions, bringing together national and international scholars, researchers and professionals. It will be a unique opportunity to discuss methodological advances, innovative applications and current challenges in statistics.

- Spontaneous contributions and posters
- Plenary, specialised or invited presentations
Deadlines:
Spontaneous contributions and posters: 16 February 2026
Plenary, specialised or invited papers: 28 March 2026
All contributions will be peer-reviewed. Accepted short papers will be published in the Springer Nature pre-conference proceedings book (with ISBN).
