International Thesis Scholarship are addressed to students who want to conduct part of their thesis research abroad and who are properly enrolled at least in the first year of the Master’s Degree. Thesis research can be done at institutions, companies, foreign or community companies, supranational or international institutions of a higher scientific and cultural level.
A thesis project must be agreed upon and approved by a Sapienza Supervisor and a Supervisor from the Host Institution. The project must be submitted during the application process.
International Thesis Scholarship must be conducted for at least two consecutive months. The amount for the whole internship is € 2.821,00 gross (Regional Income Tax included).
Scholarships are given based on a Call for applications published between February and April of eachAcademic Year. Applications can be submitted directly to the Faculty Dean's Office (presidenza-i3s@uniroma1.it).
