
Erasmus+ UE for study purposes is the European Union's program for education, training, youth and sport, in force for the period 2021-2027, that allows you to enjoy an international experience and acquire new skills.
Erasmus+ UE for study purposes offers the opportunity to perform a study period at a Host University, Partner of the Faculty of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics, in order to attend courses, take exams, prepare the final project and research activities up to 12 months within any cycle of study (Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD’s).
To help you cover the costs of your stay abroad, thanks to additional funds from Sapienza and the Ministry of Education, Universities, and Research (MUR), you can receive an average monthly grant of between €350.00 and €800.00 depending on the cost of living of the Host Country and your ISEE value. Additional grants are also available for students with special needs. The Erasmus grant is compatible with any national scholarships and/or loans. However, it is incompatible with other EU grants or other funding from bilateral cultural agreements and international institutions.
As an Erasmus+ student, you will be guaranteed academic recognition for completed learning activities, exemption from tuition fees at the Host Institution and the right to benefit from the same services the Host Institution offers its own students.
Erasmus+ UE for study purposes promotes "Individual Learning Mobility" aimed at increasing training opportunities abroad for students and trainees, for the development of the skills needed to facilitate the transition to the world of work.
To participate in the Erasmus+ Call for Applications for study purposes, adequate language skills are required.
The University Language Centre (CLA) offers the opportunity to take the language tests required to participate in Erasmus+ mobility Call for applications in advance. The CLA website provides a summary of the test times at the CLA laboratories (CLA - Marco Polo Building, Floor 0, Circonvallazione Tiburtina No. 4). The tests for ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH, GERMAN and PORTUGUESE are held in person and it is necessary to present a valid ID to access the building.

The results of the teaching activities carried out in the scope of the Erasmus Program are validated and transferred directly to the student's academic career, pursuant to the "Regulations for Student Mobility and Recognition of Periods of Study and Training Abroad," Rectoral Decree No. 34218 of May 13th, 2015.
