What are OFAs?
OFAs are learning debts which, pursuant to art. 6 of Ministerial Decree 270/2004, students acquire if they don’t have adequate preparation on the basis of the initial assessment test. This debt must be fulfilled within the first year of the course (i.e. by October 31st of each year), under penalty of blocking the career, i.e. the impossibility of taking exams relating to years after the first until the debt is recovered.
OFAs’ thresholds for each Degree course are defined in the Teaching Regulations and published in the Calls for application to the courses (https://i3s.web.uniroma1.it/it/prove-di-accesso).
To find out in detail OFAs’ thresholds, the different methods of fulfilling OFAs and the activities organized by the Faculty for its recovery, consult the page relating to your year of first enrollment in the Degree course that assigned you the OFA.
